Reasons For Log Splitter Vibration

  The oxidant of the log splitter refers to a substance that is in a high oxidation state, has a strong oxidizing property, and is easy to differentiate and release oxygen and heat. Contains inorganic substances containing peroxy groups, which are non-flammable by themselves, but can cause the incineration of combustibles, and can form explosive mixtures with soft powdered combustibles, which are more sensitive to heat, sensation, or conflict. Organic peroxides refer to organic substances that contain peroxy groups in their molecular composition. They are flammable and explosive, easily differentiated, and are extremely sensitive to heat, sensation, or conflict.

  1. The hydraulic system is oil-free, and the log splitter operates in an oil-free state;

  2. The shut-off valve is not closed, and the handle of the hand oil pump is in the oil return position, causing the hydraulic system to run out of oil;

  3. The oil pressure-charged into the oil cylinder is not good, the oil pressure is lower than the air pressure, and the accumulator does not work;

  4. The nitrogen pressure in the accumulator is lacking or the pressure is too high to store energy and buffer;

  5. The stop valve or the sealing ring of the oil cylinder is damaged, and the oil pressure cannot be maintained;

  6. The one-way throttle valve is installed reversely, which makes the feeding roller descend too fast;

  7. The anchor bolts are not tightened;

  8. The discharge system is blocked;

  9. The sharpness of the flying knives is inconsistent, or the weights of several flying knives in a group are not equal
