Dispersion of chippers

The chipper is suitable for particleboard, medium density board, wood fiberboard, papermaking and other industries, and the cutting raw material is small diameter logs. The raw material is cut into small wood chips, which can be used as raw materials for particleboard, medium density board and fiberboard, and can also be used as fuel. The chipper has a wide range of applications, diversified raw materials, good and reliable cutting wood chips, easy operation and high production efficiency. The chipper is a special conveyor in the mechanical feeding conveying system for wood-based panel preparation and chipping.

The chipper has a function to disperse the piles of logs, so that the logs can enter evenly and smoothly, which can solve the problems of bridging and blockage in the log feeding, and uneven feeding and transportation of the chipper. The vibrating conveyor uses the principle of spring vibration conveying, and drives a special eccentric shaft as a power source through a motor. When moving, two exciting force components are generated. One component makes the equipment vibrate vertically, and the material is thrown up and loosened; the other component Make the equipment vibrate horizontally, promote the material to move forward, and stabilize the direction.

The chipper has compact and reasonable structure, convenient operation, high production performance, reliability and convenient maintenance. Chippers use diesel or gasoline engines for power, but are more expensive to produce than electric drives. Chippers can cut small diameter wood, veneer, slats, and more. Below 120 mm, the cut wood chips can be used as the material for fiberboard and pulp; the disc chipper can adjust the length of wood chips according to the different requirements of fiberboard and particleboard. The output value of the chipper is greater than that of the drum chipper because of its simpler structure and simpler machining process.

The feed trough of the chipper is close to a square shape, and the height and width are basically the same. It is suitable for price logs, thinning wood and bundling branches. And higher productivity can be achieved. If it is used to process raw materials with small cross-sections such as veneer and edge strips, it is difficult to fill the chute during feeding, and the production capacity of the equipment cannot be fully utilized; the feeding trough of the chipper is mostly rectangular, and the inclined trough is small and wide. Various shapes of raw materials have good adaptability. However, the chipper is not suitable for cutting large-diameter logs, because the flying knife of the chipper moves in a circular motion, and the direction of the cutting force changes with the position of the flying knife.
