Production Process Monitoring

In each production link, there are dedicated monitoring personnel and testing equipment to monitor key steps such as cutting, coating and assembly in real time. Each link ensures compliance with design requirements and process standards, and timely discovers and corrects possible problems.

Manufacturing process

Track the entire manufacturing process of the product to ensure the consistency between the final product and the original drawing sample, as well as the quality of the product.

01. Surveying

Accurately measure the dimensions of the wood to ensure that the design meets the actual requirements.
02. Drawing

Use CAD software to draw the component diagrams of the splitting machine.
03. Arrangement

Reasonably arrange the positions of each component to optimize the machine structure.
04. Proofing

Produce a prototype machine to test its performance and safety.
05. Molding

Based on the feedback from the prototype, design molds for mass production.
06. Production

Utilize the molds and production lines to manufacture the splitting machine on a large scale.
