  Usually, when users imagine the log splitter manufacturing process, they will feel that the log splitter design method is relatively simple, and the material can be processed into wood chips by putting the materials into the machine. It is not so easy. The log splitter is in the production process. Problems will accompany the emergence of problems, which is unavoidable. No manufacturer can pack a ticket and say that there are no technical problems in production. Below we will answer two technical problems in detail:

  One, log splitter, a large number of forced feeding, lateral feeding, and feeding of thick wood (thickness greater than 12cm) are the main reasons for the jam of the feeding roller. Reasonably control the feed volume, and it is strictly forbidden to directly enter the machine with thick materials and large bundles of materials larger than 12cm. The raw materials are fed in the length direction and horizontally. If the raw materials are stuck in the feeding mechanism, only a wooden stick can be used to poke down between the upper drum and the sparse plate of the drum. Do not use iron to poke, so as not to fall into A serious accident that occurred inside the machine.

  2. The pressure of the log splitter fan decreases, the speed of the pump head decreases, its power supply voltage is low or the motor fails, the pipe network resistance increases, and the pipe network resistance is increased; the working state will change, adjust the working state; the motor turns in the reverse direction, and the motor restarts wiring. The vibration of the machine is increased: bearing damage-replace the bearing, the fan impeller is unbalanced-remove foreign matter in the impeller or adjust the dynamic and static balance, the main shaft is deformed-replace the main shaft or pumps head, the working state enters the end vibration zone-adjust the working state to avoid end vibration Zone, the air inlet and outlet filters are blocked-clean the filter. The flow rate of the fan decreases: the inlet and outlet air filters are blocked-the filters are cleaned, the speed of the pump head is reduced-the power supply voltage is low or the motor is faulty, the pipe network resistance increases-the pipe network resistance is reduced, the working state increases-the working state is adjusted, it's motor Reverse direction-re-wire the motor.

  Of course, experienced operators will do the relevant work before log splitter production, to minimize the damage caused by the problem to the machine. When we encounter the above problems, we need to use skills and means to deal with them reasonably. The solution should be based on the actual situation or make appropriate adjustments. Do not operate the machine casually, which will affect the production quality of the machine.
