After the blade is adjusted, the screws must be fastened firmly, the screen must be placed on the flat iron in the casing, the screen interface must be relatively tight, and the machine is working At the time, the feed should be fed with the machine's speed, do not force the feed, otherwise, the motor may be damaged or the machine will crash (dangerous).

Test machine and operation: Before starting the machine, all parts must be adjusted, check whether the bolts of each part are tightened, and especially pay attention to whether the blade is installed firmly. When starting up, press the start button, and after the cutter head rotates, check whether its rotation direction is correct. From the feeding direction, the cutter head should rotate clockwise.

　　According to different machine models, the size of the feed inlet is different, so if there are raw materials with a large diameter or large deformation, the raw materials must be split or shortened before entering the machine.
