  1. Adjusting the tightness of the triangle belt of the Chipper Shredder: When the triangle belt is too tight, the motor bearings heat up, and when the speed is too loose, the speed of the triangle belt is also easy to slide, which affects the service life. When adjusting the tension in the V-belt, you can loosen the bolts that fix the motor base, and use the adjusting bolt to change the position of the motor on the slideway to make the V-belt to the required tightness, and then tighten the fixing bolts.
  2. After the shredder motor works for a certain period of time, it is necessary to refuel or open and clean the bearings and refill the lithium-based lubricant. Restore the lubricity of the bearing.
  3. Inadequate quality of the shredder's tools can easily lead to break and waste conditions. This situation is generally caused by the inconsistency between the center of rotation of the spindle of the large and medium-sized chipper shredder and the center of the tool during processing. When the spindle is running at high speed, if the spindle and the tool is not concentric, it will not only affect the molding degree of the chipper shredder and the yield of the finished product but also affect the processing effect. 4. The power cord of the shredder motor should not be too long or twisted. This can easily cause the motor to Undervoltage or undercurrent. I know that the working voltage of the motor is 380 volts, and the working current is marked on the motor nameplate. The rated current of the wire must be greater than the rated current of the motor. Otherwise, the motor will be easily heated or burned under the condition of under-voltage or undercurrent.
